Project Scope: Creative, Production, Operations, Logistics, Content & Broadcast

Summary: To produce an atypical experience for LinkedIn’s first large scale event getting back in front of their customers in two years. The audience consisted of 1500 guests who were all director level or above. The “non-conference” concept was our north star, from our unique venues including the iconic, Microsoft Theater, as well as a nod to nostalgia by using Regal Cinemas for our breakouts, to our campus style layout, rounding it all out with the off site evening event that took place at Paramount Studios NYC backlot. We managed all creative and logistics, venue sourcing and management of five venues, staffing across the board, fabrication, AV, and internet, as well as all elements of the live stream broadcast, which ran through our 53’ broadcast truck on site.
